Children: Children are welcome - however from 15 January until 15 March only children over the age of 12 can be accepted. Babysitting can be arranged through the hotel for a local charge.
Distance from the airport: Approximately 10 minutes
Location: Set on L’Anse Aux Epines beach on the south coast of Grenada and approximately a 15 minute drive from the beautiful capital city of St George’s.
Closure Period: Calabash Hotel closes annually in August and September to undertake property updates.
Facilities: Swimming pool, a fitness room, tennis courts, non motorised watersports such as Hobie cats, windsurfing, kayaking and snorkelling equipment, dive and watersports centre, beach boules, shuffleboards, two restaurants, two bars, The Spa, a library and boutique.

Entertainment: There is live music most nights at Rhodes Restaurant with a steel band playing weekly. Guests are invited to join the manager’s cocktail party and a weekly barbecue Sunday lunch with live music.
Check In/Out: Guests are invited to check in from 3pm and are asked to check out by 12 noon. Generally, a late check out can be arranged - please discuss this with one of our Caribbean specialists.
Meal Arrangements: Guests can choose to stay at Calabash Hotel on a bed and breakfast, half board or an all-inclusive basis. Breakfast is served daily on your private balcony or on the beach. All-inclusive comprises of breakfast served daily on your balcony, lunch at The Beach Club, afternoon tea, evening canapes delivered to your room and an a la carte evening meal daily at Rhodes Restaurant. All-inclusive also includes a range of cocktails, mixed drinks, house wines by the glass, beer and soft drinks.
Dining: Calabash Hotel has three critically acclaimed restaurants: The Beach Club serves an exciting lunch and tapas menu during the day on the beach. Rhodes Restaurant offers some of the finest cuisine in an elegant setting. The Izakaya poolside bar recently opened in 2022, offering small sharing plates.
Dress Code: Guests are asked to dress elegantly for dinner. Gentlemen are asked to wear collared shirts and trousers.
Accommodation
Calabash Hotel has 30 suites set in tropical grounds with views over the lawns and to the Ocean beyond. Each suite has a bedroom, a living area, a balcony or terrace, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a TV, DVD player, telephone, a fully stocked mini bar, safe, an iron and ironing board, I-pod docking station, complimentary Wi-Fi and a hairdryer.
Westside Suite: Set on the west side of the property, these rooms are closest to the beach. Inside, guests can enjoy a bedroom with a king size bed, a living room and a dressing room leading into the bathroom, while outside there is a spacious private balcony or terrace. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults (44.5 sqm).
Junior Suite: Open plan in design, these suites are spacious and feature a king size bed, a sitting area and a large balcony which look over the lawns towards the beach. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child (52 sqm).
Deluxe Suite: More spacious than the above, these suites feature a living area with French doors leading into a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and shower. Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious balcony or terrace with views over the gardens to be ocean beyond. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child (65 sqm).
Superior Deluxe Suite: Located below the penthouse suite and with the option to connect to the suite above, the superior deluxe suite blends modern luxury with Caribbean charm and offers a separate living and bedroom area, along with an equipped kitchen and large terrace. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child (102 sqm).
Pool Suite: Recently refurbished, these spacious suites feature a separate living area, a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath. The main feature of these suites is the private plunge pool and outdoor shower within a walled patio giving guests privacy. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children (102 sqm).
Penthouse Suite: Incredibly spacious, this suite features an oversized bedroom with a king size bed, an en suite bathroom with a large stand-alone bath and walk in shower and an open plan living room which leads out to a patio with a private pool. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults (185 sqm) However, the Penthouse Suite can be connected to another suite providing a two bedroom villa within the hotel.
Villas: Calabash Hotel has four villas ranging in size from two bedrooms to five bedrooms, perfect for family reunions or friends travelling together. The unique villas vary greatly in style yet each offer spacious, luxurious accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen, private swimming pool and breathtaking views. Additional facilities in some villas include a games room and gym . Choose between Caribali (5 bedroom), Hummingbird (5 bedroom), Treefrog (5 bedrooms) and Pool House (2 bedroom).
